Gamja Tang

‘Gamja Tang’ is a popular spicy Korean soup. ‘Gamja’ has two meanings in Korean. It can mean both ‘potato’ or ‘pork neck bone’. Usually Gamja Tang is served with steamed potatoes, but the texture and taste is lost when it is frozen. That is why we have taken it out of our recipe. The pork neck bone mixed with kimchi cabbage and seasonings is stewed at the perfect temperature and time to bring out the rich and tasty flavour.
