Gamja Tang‘Gamja Tang’ is a popular spicy Korean soup. ‘Gamja’ has two meanings in Korean. It can mean both ‘potato’ or ‘pork neck bone’. The pork neck bone mixed with kimchi cabbage and seasonings is stewed at the perfect temperature and time to bring out the rich and tasty flavour.
